Beautiful and cozy home, perfect for long stay

Brand new home build in 2021, beautiful backyard to relax, close to Walmart and restaurants to the area. 20 minute drive to white sands and 45 minutes to cloudcroft. Great place for TDY in case of coming to holloman for training.

Nice house

Everything was exactly as stated in the listing. It is a very nice, clean house with the necessities. The owner was very quick to respond to messages. Would stay here again.

Overall nice stay

Location, neighborhood and home was nice. Felt safe and was very quiet. Master bedroom was comfortable. Other 2 rooms beds were pretty hard. Outdoor trash can was full and smelled awful so there was no where to take trash out. Dirty towels were left in the laundry basket from previous guests.

1wk stay

Comfortable, clean, quiet. Charcoal grill made for wonderful cooking, but need to bring your own coals. Meat is available at the grocery store, I did not find a butcher shop near by. WiFi worked well and cell phone signal was good.

Home away from home

This is a beautiful home in an excellent location. Very close to white sands national park, near restaurants and shops, yet Very quiet at night. The house is exactly as described, easy check in/out. RHigrecommended

The house is located in a nice , quiet neighborhood and close to the White Sand Dunes also Oliver Lee State Park. We felt at home right away . It has everything that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked. We would love to come again next year

Perfect Fit

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The kids had fun running around the back yard. There was plenty of for everyone its a very nice home in a nice neighborhood. . We will definitely be staying here agIn in the near future.

Very Cozy Modern Home

A nice house, perfect for the family! The entertainment center in the living room was great, with a large tv and solid sound system. The fenced in backyard provided a good space for the kids to get some energy out.

Perfect home for our needs.

This home is very clean, and close to many places. There was a walmart around the corner and numerous restaurants. Our only complaint is the beds are terrible. The middle room has a mattress topper and this saved us. The master bed and the the 3rd bedroom were unusable for us. We loved loved loved the home and would definitely stay again but please upgrade the mattresses or get some good toppers for all beds. We had everything we needed and even cooked a small thanksgiving dinner. We really enjoyed our time at your home

Good Location but could use a deep clean

Stayed here for a couple days with my family. The house is close to the White Sands National Park (within 20 minutes) and close to grocery stores for any supplies needed. Our family cooks a lot which makes vacation homes a go to for us but many of the pots/pans have aged significantly and have started to rust. The inside of the drawers in the kitchen are pretty dirty too. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes as well. The washer and dryer worked great and detergent was provided. The master bathroom didn’t have towels so we had to search for some and there were not many wash clothes (I believe only three). The comforter also appeared to have dirt/marks on it; not sure if it was cleaned. The floors had lots of stuff on the carpet and tile that hadn’t been vacuumed. The bathroom vanity light in the master bathroom had only one of three light bulbs working. The beds were pretty hard/uncomfortable. There were lots of stains on the furniture and bath rugs. Shower curtains/liners and the tubs were dirty and had hair, dust and dirt in them. Given the positive reviews, I’m wondering if our experience was the exception rather than the rule.
