Cosa mi è piaciuto: personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile, camere pulite, moderne e ben arredate. Struttura molto bella che unisce il moderno allo stile montagna e family hotel. Cosa non mi è piaciuto: ristorante, cibo mediocre non da quattro stelle. Altra cosa che non ho apprezzato è la musica ad alto volume sulla terrazza dell’hotel per l`aperitivo delle 19:00. Mi spiace ma era veramente fuori luogo per un hotel di montagna dove la gente cerca pace e silenzio - in generale non se ne può più di albergatori e ristoratori con casse sparate a tutto volume all’aperto, una mancanza di delicatezza nei confronti sia degli ospiti che del quartiere stesso. Un vero peccato.

Struttura impeccabile, dallo staff alle camere, dalla colazione alla Spa, dai servizi offerti agli adulti a quelli per i bimbi: semplicemente tutto spettacolare!! Unico piccolo neo, non sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto dal cibo del ristorante, ma sono certo che visti i cambiamenti in atto sia solo una questione "passeggera". Do comunque pieni voti, se li merita tutti!

Amazing hotel for families! Has everything you need for children and one of the few hotels I’ve found that has two bedroom rooms. Will definitely return. Stayed during the summer and looking forward to seeing what it’s like at winter.

Our stay

This hotel is comfortable, friendly and relaxing. Great pool and spa area and food is very good. Very child friendly which was great for us with a 10 year old and an infant. Distance from slopes was a little frustrating as there was no hotel shuttle service so we had to use the scheduled local bus service. All in all if you have kids and want to do some relaxed skiing for a few hours a day followed by a relaxed swim with the kids this hotel is ideal.

Erholsame Tage mit tollem Service

Schönes modernes Hotel, hell modern und freundlich eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber, tolle Dusche! Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal. Der einzige Negativpunkt war, dass es unter der Woche zum Abendessen kein Buffet gab sondern nur zwei Menüs zur Auswahl (und manche Gerichte waren zwar landestypisch aber gewöhnungsbedürftig). Allerdings waren wir auch außerhalb der Saison im Hotel und es war nicht voll belegt.

Nytt och fint hotell nära Alagna

Otroligt bra service och mycket fint spa. Bra garage och skidrum. Bussen till liften gick tyvärr för sällan så det hade varit bra med Shuttle. Maten mycket god men kunde göra det lite mysigare i matsalen men som sagt nytt och otroligt trevlig personal.

The hotel is great. It is 10mins drive from the ski station but the local bus takes 30mins to get there and parking at the ski slopes involves a long walk to the lift. If they can organise a better way to access the slopes we would be booking a return trip straight away.

struttura architettonicamente molto bella

camere spaziose e molto belle (mancano forse degli appendi giacche esterni all'armadio: specialmente quando si torna da sciare con gli indumenti umidi non si sa dove metterli). non condivido la scelta di questo tipo di buffet per la cena. ho sempre trovato vivande fredde. bisogna trovare un'altra soluzione. la sera di capodanno è stata un disastro. non c'era organizzazione nel servizio e al nostro tavolo alcuni erano al primo ed altri già terminato il secondo. potrebbero migliorare pure la carta dei vini. la sala è rumorosissima, non si riesce a conversare con i propri commensali.
