"There was hair in the bed, the upholstered chairs were blackened from dirt, and the walls and floor were very dirty. I did not feel comfortable staying there, so I left and found a hotel downtown. I have not been refunded."

"This was the cutest hotel. It was the only affordable hotel during my stay for the Chris Brown concert. I slept so well in my room. The parking was convenient and the staff gave detailed instructions on how to check in. They kept in contact throughout the day and were very helpful after I expressed concerns about a late check in. I was able to check in around midnight with no issues. There is a flight of stairs to take (they make you aware immediately after booking). The room was so beautiful and the walk in shower was very easy to enter. I will be staying here again soon in the near future!"
" The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The place was gorgeous!!! The only downfall was that the elevators in the parking garage did not work. And the other elevators ran slow at some point of the day. Overall my visit was exceptional. I absolutely love this place."
Newly renovated chic apartment within steps of Birmingham’s best attractions
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had great amenities that made it feel extra special. We especially loved the remote control blinds and the Sonos sound system — such a nice touch. The location couldn’t have been better. We were in town for a concert at Protective Stadium, and the Uber ride there was only 8. After the show, we decided to walk back, and it took just about 20 minutes. The area felt safe and lively, and it was the perfect way to end the night.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Birmingham — we’d definitely stay here again!"
