Very noisy room- complained to staff but nothing changed. No cups in the room. Dark light in bathroom. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

We appreciated that the valet service was complimentary; however, we would have preferred free self-parking (you have to pay to self park). Each time we wanted to go somewhere, we had to wait for the valet to retrieve our vehicle, which added unnecessary waiting time to our day.
We stayed for two nights. On the first night, the TV remote was not working, and unfortunately it could not be fixed that evening. The staff did address the issue the following day.
The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. However, for a tower of this size, the pool seemed somewhat small and could have been larger to better accommodate guests.
