Overall, a very good Hotel to stay at. Staff were very helpful. Only issue was that our room had an old musty smell to it. Also, the pool area looked out of action due to all the building debris piled up in a corner.

The staff are well-trained and their treatment is excellent. The service is great, and the room is excellent. The cleanliness and other facilities, such as the spa, massage service, and food and beverage service, were all amazing. My experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel

Excellent professionalism and kindness from all staff. (Joyce @ reception in particular). Breakfast was delicious and many choices. A la carte made to order menu was brilliant. Pool is amazing and all facilities were 5 star.

"The staff was accommodating with allowing mevto have a late check out. Rooms are simple and clean. Nice ammeties however tje gym opens at 9am which preferably is late especially for hotels. I do think morning staff can work on their communication. I had questions regarding my stay and I was not taken ..."
