The staff are very friendly they allowed me to do an early checked in which was I needed from a long flight. I was able to freshen up and get my much needed shower.Shoutout to the receptionist they are very accommodating!The property is adjacent to the mall and supermarket which is very convenient. It is also close by to the hospital which was the main reason I decided to stay here to visit my aunt.

Dining room staff was outstanding. We had the best food of our 2 week trip at the Royal M breakfast, but the outstanding rating is for the staff. We had children with us who were not well behaved. The staff helped us by putting us in a sequestered area, and the 2nd day they remembered our preferences for coffees and other food items. Your reception check-in/out was also smooth and easy for us. We asked for and received adjoining rooms and a 3rd room across the hall. They obviously wanted us to be happy with our stay, and we were. The only disappointment was that the female jacuzi was out of service. Everything else was good. Thank you to all your staff at the Royal M Fujairah.

Royal M - Comfortable, Convenient & Friendly!
Ideally located for the purpose of our visit which was a night hike at the Fujairah Adventure Park just 5 mins drive away. The hotel is clean & modern & the rooms are quiet. If you dont require a beach resort hotel but rather are in Fujairah for business or other purpose this hotel is perfect. Staff are friendly & courteous, & a bonus is The Cellars bottle store & McGettigans close by too.

The hotel was fine. Quiet beach. Room was fine. It was an average hotel. Food: It was decent. Not everything on room service menu was available. Breakfast buffet was underwhelming. Other guests; Super loud. Between 9pm-12am, a group had their kids running and screaming in hallway. Not the hotel’s fault but it would have been nice if they’d said something to stop the disturbance. Again, average hotel.

The twin room was big and comfortable; breakfast buffet was included and very good; the pool area on the rooftop was OK. Parking is available in front of the hotel or in the nearby mall, which can be accessed directly from the first floor. The mall itself is just average with few dining choices, but at least it’s convenient. The area around the hotel is of limited tourist interest. Staff was very helpful.

All over was fine ... elevators was taking long card scanner in Elevator most of the time not working till u reach the wrong floor or if u was lucky and no one Els press on elevator button then u have time to try it few time till the card scanned successfully

Fantastically Clean!
This hotel feels clean. You know how some hotels "feel dirty"? Well, this hotel is a breath of fresh air, literally. The beds are comfortable and clean. The bathroom is clean and well stocked with not only towels, but hand towels, AND face towels, AND a floor towel. Toiletries are provided. Water and coffee provided. AC works extremely well. Only thing NOT clean? The windows. But hey, I don't sleep on the windows so that is minor! Side note: the Italian restaurant is not very good. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort.

A short Getaway At Sharjah Premiere Hotel Resort.
A quiet get-away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai (45 minutes drive through lovely mountains.) This hotel in Fujairah was a perfect escape and located just off the motorway. The pool was excellent and stayed open until 10.00 pm (maybe 11.00 pm) and was located his on the roof, including lovely deck chairs and a spa jacuzzi (separate men and ladies sides.) I would book this hotel again, for sure.

OK it was New Year's Eve so FWIW - the hotel was booked, but our room was booked and paid for requiring an extra bed. We arrived at 9 pm and had to wait for the bed to be installed. The lights in the room are managed by an electronic device which would not allow some lights off and others on such as the bedside reading lamp and the larger overhead bed lighting. Similarly the key cards which give access to the room did not work and had to be replaced several times. The breakfast buffet was large but food was tepid and overall was very bad. A great disappointment.
