"The hotel is is a fabulous location with a mini bus to the beach with a very helpful driver and excellent service unfortunately you need your own transport to be able to explore the rest of the island due to the location. We was aware of this when booking as has stayed previously but for some this could be a problem. Some items on the description are no longer available/correct and although this wasnt a problem for us i believe the description should be updated as incorrect. Staff very friendly...

From the second we arrived until the second we left the staff were there to make sure that we were looked after and happy. They quite literally can't do enough for you. "Our family of five had a great stay at the hotel! The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff were very accommodating, which made a real difference. The interconnecting room setup was perfect for our family, providing the space and convenience we needed. However, we did find the rooms rather small. At over £400 per night, we felt the size didn't quite match the price point, and a slightly larger room would have been appreciated. The pool area, while fun, can get very busy very quickly. We also noticed that there seemed to be a shortage of sunbeds to accommodate all the guests. Despite the minor issues with room size and pool capacity, we still had a wonderful and memorable family stay. "
