This is a really nice artsy hotel was reasonably priced and centrally located. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the environment clean. Only hitch is there needs to be more variety and change for breakfast. Otherwise, location, location and location near to the airport and on the bus route. You’ll get a complimentary wine too. I would stay here again and recommend.

Hotel is amazing and all staff we met were very helpful and friendly.
Check in could have been made smoother by notifying ahead of arrival that key for room is via an app which we could have downloaded and registered on prior to arriving.
Ate dinner and had drinks here too and everything was great.
Breakfast menu was excellent and great quality.
Would love to return.

Hotel was spot clean and staff was very nice.
The info didn't indicate that there's an extra 25 EUR for the Sauna and an extra 25 EUR for the Steam room - quite deceiving. Full service SAP - not really. I had to argue to get this service.

We've stayed at LIV properties in the past. City Suites and Mackenzie. LIV Urban seems to have less care for it and slightly run down. The rooms are dirty, mostly the toilets with a lingering smell. There's also a stench in the lifts and hallways. The service at Mackenzie and the now closed City Suites were much better than Urban.
