"I booked my stay through Expedia (Hotels.com) and I paid at the property. No one was at the desk when I checked out so I dropped my key in the box. IHG hotels have always emailed my receipt - my email address is on file. They didn't send one - no big deal - but when I called the clerk told me that because I booked through a third party I would have to get my receipt from them. I explained that I paid the hotel and that they are to give me a receipt. I also explained that when I checked out there was no one at the desk so I dropped my key as the sign instructed. She told me on a Friday at 4:40 p.m. that I'd have to call back on Monday when a manager was on duty. If they don't have someone at the desk in the morning they should email the receipts.. "

"Dirty rooms, bed never made, never fresh towels, coffee packets never replaced and no creamer sugar in room. Snow not cleared in parking lot or sidewalk. Coworker asked for extra blanket in his room, and he was told to turn up the heat.. pictures of the room online must have been from when the hotel was brand new..
