"Clean and spacious room"

"I was only staying for a night so that I could attend a seminar in the morning. The front desk attendant was kind and friendly. The lobby, lobby bathroom, and my room were immaculate. No issues at all. "

"The pool, the Jacuzzi and the workout room was advertised online as operating but when we got to the property, it was all closed. The carpet in the room is disgusting. The shower curtain in the bathroom is tied up on the corner where it’s ripped off the microwave had no microwave plate and when I asked for extra towels, I got one extra bath towel. By the way I was there for nights with 2 people staying in the room. The hallway in the first floor had water leaking by the bar area and the paint on the wall was peeling off. I can tell you for sure this will be my hotel choice ever again."

"The hotel was in very poor condition. We were offered 4 different rooms…each room was worse than the previous. We requested a refund and were denied our request. Black mold, bugs in the bathroom, grease on TV, spilt soda on the floor, dust on the tables, hair in the tub…. Just a few of the issues"
