The room and hotel was very clean. I have stayed in a several off-brand hotels, and sometimes I find that off-brand hotels are not so clean. However, slash kawasaki was VERY clean. I was quite happy about this. Even when I checked in and arrived on my floor, there was a worker cleaning the baseboard.
The hotel breakfast was great. It was not only delicious, it was very filling and well-made.
I enjoyed the adjustable bed and projector. Checking out was easy, and I was able to settle my final bill by scanning a QR code in the room. This is especially helpful to anyone whose Japanese may not be too advanced.

An absolutely GORGEOUS hotel! One of the best I’ve stayed in. The service and staff were impeccable! From the luxurious garden, the onsen and pool, the gym, the amazing breakfast.. just WOW! I didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city when I chose this hotel. It’s about a 10 min walk to the local subway and 7-11(must try the egg salad sandwich). For me, the hotel was perfectly located. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Chinzanso 🙌

"The rooms were tiny. The restroom was also tiny. The restrooms are a not ground level but elevated, not too sure how to describe it. Rooms are as basic as they come. For an iron you have to call front desk and pray someone returns one by the time you need it. XL twin bed rooms are good for 2 people, ..."
