"Checked in and went to the room. Entering the room it smelled musty and foul. The bed linens were dirty. The phone did not work. The bathroom toilet seat was not bolted on. "AMAZING STAFF. Every single staff member we encountered were very kind, friendly and helpful. Hotel had 2 large events (Wedding and Comic Con) happening. Bartender stayed open to accommodate guests. He was insanely busy for a hotel bar, yet remained calm and friendly."
