"The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. "Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. As far as breakfast is concerned, it left much to be desired, although there was a variety of dishes. Be careful on the road to the hotel, it is being renovated. The location of the hotel was great."

"STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable."
