Mükemmel manzarası var etraftaki konaklarla birlikte güzel bi mahallede bu konakta konaklamak güzel bir his. Temizlik ortalama, kahvaltısı standart tabak kahvaltı paketli reçel tereyağı falan ben beğenmedim. Park yeri bir şekilde bulunuyor yakında belediyenin park yeri var ama yolu fazlaca yokuş arabasız inip çıkılmaz.araba bile zor çıkıyor.

Her ne kadar otelin yolu sizleri yorsa da konaklamaya değer bir yer olduğunu söyleyebilirim.Konumundan kaynaklı otoparkı küçüktü ama otel personeli yardımcı oluyor.Kahvaltısı standart olmasına rağmen yeterliydi.Oda temizliğinden de 0memnun kaldık.

Otelin konumu çok yüksek Mehmet efendi diye rezervasyon yapıyorsunuz ama dağ manzalı odalar yan tarafında ki Kanoğlu konağına gidiyorsunuz kahvaltı olarak çok iyi personel Güler yüzlü ama fiyat olarak biraz pahalı tatlı şirin bir otel odaları çok küçük

Oncelikle checkin yapmamiz gereken gunun sabahinda whatsapp uzerinden musaitlik durumlarinin olmadigina dair bir bilgilendirme mesaji attilar. Aramaya bile tenezzul etmeden sistemde bi hata oldugunu ve rezervasyonu iptal ettiklerini soylediler. Tam programimizi degistirip Orduda kalmak uzereydik ki 2 saat sonra arayip yer acildigini ve gelebilecegimizi soylediler. Tamam dedik. Bikac saat sonra tekrar arayip geliyorsunuz degil mi diye teyit ettiler. Gec saatte Trabzona vardik. Once bizim rezervasyonu mehmet efendi konagindan degil, asagidaki konaktan yaptigimizi soylediler. Bizi daha vasat bi konakta kus kadar bi odaya soktular. 2 yetiskin 2 cocukla odanin icinde donecek yer yoktu. Banyo temizlenmemisti. Havlu yoktu. Telefon calismiyordu. Calisanlar son derece ilgisiz ve hatta saygisizdi. Siz ucuz odayi secmissiniz diye ithamda bulundular ki hotels.comdan gelen mailde ne sectigim ne kadar para odeyecegim yaziyordu. Esim sinir krizi gecirecekti. 12de oteli terk edip baska bi yerde kalmak zorunda kaldik. Bu, ne is ahlakina sigar ne de misafirperverlige.

Mehmet efendi diye gidiyorsunuz ama sizi alıp 50 metre aşağıda başka bir otele götürüyorlar orası da bizim diye... (internette orası daha uygun) kahvaltı için geri Mehmet efendiye gidiyorsunuz... kimse ilgilenmiyor sizinle kafanıza göre takılıyorsunuz. Mehmet efendi konağında dışarıdan gelenlere başka kahvaltı veriliyor size başka kahvaltı (ikinci sınıf vatandaş muamelesi)

Guzel bir konaklamaydi

Calisanlar cok ilgili ve guleryuzlu. Otoparki kucuk ama calisanlar araci yan otoparka goturuyor. Istediginiz saatte getiriyor. Bu konuda oldukca hizlilar. Odamizin nevresimleriyle ilgili minik bir problemimiz oldu, hemen gelip ilgilendirdiler. Ozur dileyip, degistirdirdiler. Kahvaltida kahvalti tabagi ve ortaya kuymak ve yumurta veriyorlar.

تجربة رائعة في منطقة أثرية

أوتيل رائع جداً في منطقة أثرية و جبلية تعيش معه عبق الماضي أصحاب الفندق خدومين يوجد مقرين للفندق لا انصح بالفندق البعيد عن المطعم إنما الفندق القريب من المطعم إطلالة جميلة ع الطبيعة و البحر الفطور بسيط وليس بوفيه مفتوح في المساء المنطقة كلها كافيهات جميلة يوجد شخص اسمه محمد تشادي الجنسيه خدوم ويتكلم العربية وتوجد امرأة أفريقية اسمها ام سلمه أيضاً خدومه جدأ اتمنى لكم طيب الإقامة
