"The manager and worker were very sweet and we loved the look of the property/the rooms but we were disappointed when I couldn't get my toilet to flush (it finally did but then the water ran the entire time), the hot water to work or electricity to be reliable. Also, as nice as the staff was, they spoke no English at all which was difficult. If it wasn't for my broken Arabic, it would have been impossible to communicate with them. "

We made multiple calls to the hotel over a period of 4 hours and got no answer. We called Hotels.com and were on the app/phone for 4 hours. We got no help and had to find a place to stay on our own.
