"This hotel was a perfect choice as we arrived by train, it was close to the station so very convenient, and it was a short ride to the hotel. We stayed 3 nights. It was perfect for our meeting spot for the tours we booked. The room was super nice and very comfortable. The restaurant inside and out was perfect and food was very good. The breakfast was great each morning and the staff very friendly."

"The area is a bit sketchy looking, but once we came through the gate, everything was nice and well-maintained including a small garden area with tables and chairs. We needed some dinner, so we walked down the street to a pizza place that had been recommended by hotel staff and it was delicious and very reasonably priced. Hotel staff also booked a taxi for us to get to the airport early the next morning. The room was very clean and nice. I would stay here again if going into or out of Naples. We did not get to try the breakfast, so idk how that was."

"Dirty room, hair on the pillows, shower and bathroom window extremely moldy, the head board for the bed was missing, when opening the door to room with key sounds like being buzzed into a jail cell. Location close to airport. Wouldn’t stay for vacation but for an early 5 am flight sure for the price. But dirty dirty."

"To refer to this as a four star hotel is not just inaccurate but simply deceptive. This is a two star budget hotel. The courtyard is full of trash. The planters are damaged and full of weeds. They will not greet you with even a glass of water. Instead they sweep up a dead cockroach as they make you a paid cup of coffee. The rooms are extremely small and have not been renovated in years- although we did not find bugs in the room. The bathroom is so small it is barely serviceable. The only positives are good quality towels and location to the airport. I would never recommend or stay here again."

"On the night I stayed a school was staying at the hotel. 105 teenager completely running wild and making so much noise I had to change room at 01:00 in the morning. The school should be ashamed, letting the kids run wild all over the hotel. Disgusting also from the teachers also who never had any control over them.. Poor management decision also splitting 105 children over the hotel running wild while some of us tried to sleep being there on buisness. But thats IHG corporate greed.. don’t give a toss. Avoid this place…."
