Friendly staff, very good location. However, Very small room. And smoke room in the same floor as lobby so it doesn’t smell good in lobby and ground floor. Artificial air freshener is not very pleasant.

Highly recommend, the hot spring is the best. They don’t use recycle water. Perfect view in the area. I will definitely come back again to Kagoshima area just for this hotel.

We arrived late and we unable to go to the restaurant in the hotel… we walked to the Main Street and all of the restaurants were closed That is our only complaint… every thing was great at this hotel… loved the natural hot springs tub on our balcony

The unit is very decent with a lovely private onsen. The staff is very helpful and kind. It’s money worthwhile. I will probably visit again if I visit the area again in the future.
