Room in serious need of upgrades. The hair dryer started smoking when turned on, the shower leaked on the floor, the wooden floors need refinishing the TV didn’t work, the person who runs the bar tells you the price and when collecting it’s always different and of course higher. Any bar/dining that does not allow signing
To the room or use of a credit card is probably not 100% scrupulous

Beautiful hotel, best bed EVER, like sleeping on a cloud!
Cannot give a perfect score because of the shower experience: scalding hot or freezing cold, was unable to find a comfortable middle, also the shower floor is slick and slippery. It would have been nice to have body lotion, none provided.
Food at Maison M restaurant was pretty good, awesome and generous breakfast, but uneven service.
Overall very good experience, glad we stayed.
