"The pictures on Expedia were not pictures of the property. We arrived at a room which was worse than a hostel. Small, scruffy and a bedroom no bigger than a double bed. We moved properties at our own expensive but it was the best decision. Having traveled extensively, I have never experienced anything like it before. Had there not been a different option, we were going to leave the resort as I couldn’t have stayed for 5 nights. It was grim!! Expedia needs to sort the photos out to reflect the property. "

"Great hotel, parking in front and right next to skibus (train and bus) which comes very regularly. Walkable to the town, quiet, close to train coming in from aigle. Fantastic breakfast too and comfy beds"

Even though language was a problem she was very friendly and helpful, gave us loads of local tips and was extremely flexible. The free multipasses was a bonus we'd not been aware of at booking. "
