"The view from the balcony is worth all the effort of getting up the mountain. The staffs are friendly. They could have accomplished much more with that rooftop area, instead of let it barren and rundown. The hotel frontage looks very mediocre, but once inside, things get much better. The view on the balcony is interrupted when you look down, they left some disposal cluster in what could have been a nice garden. Mosquitos prevented us from enjoying a simple tea on the balcony which is a shame. I give it a high score just because this hotel has so much potential."

"Absolutely stunning Hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful however the morning pool bar staff were not as polite and helpful. Breakfast was quite a big selection and fresh made crepe and pancakes/ waffles gave it a lovely touch. The free shuttle was such a great help to be able to get everywhere. No worries about the airport transfer either as the hotel sorts that. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend the hotel."
