Really enjoyed our stay here. Pool area was wonderful, across the road from the beach. Shops and eating places close by.

Great & convenient beachfront location. Furniture in hotel room a bit dated for a 5 stars hotel. Elevators shared with a fitness club and very slow and crowded.

This property should NOT be rated a 5 Star. This properly is more like a 4 or 4.25 star. Staff and resort are wonderful but the food is BAD, Same recycled boring food items everyday. Buffet food items are served mostly warm or cold. Drinks are okay but not top-shelf or worthy of a 5 Star resort. You can pay extra for better drinks and better foods at the A la carte restaurant BUT that not included with the all-inclusive package??? This is an OVER-RATED resort but okay for a Very very very short stay.

Stayed in a villa that was very grand and luxurious. We were assigned a private butler and she was amazing ! The private pool and beach was very accessible and lots of fun. The main hotel pool and beach weren’t as nice and could be more grand for the level of luxury offered. Area is still developing and so lot of ongoing construction but the property is very well maintained.

From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room and views are great. The buffet meals offer plenty of choices for everyone. The pool and beach are beautiful. We all enjoyed the hydroslides.
