It was a very old and dirty apartment which needed refurbishment 20 years ago. The smell was gross. The carpets disaster and the sofa literally belonged to the street. Very helpful staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast room. We stayed in the annex so it is a short walk from the hotel, the only downside was the lack of an elevator. Good for a one night stop enroute to other places in France. The earlier you go for breakfast then better. Rooms are adequate, they look newly refurbished (or the hotel is new). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would use again for an overnight stop
