Check in was length kept asking if I had prepaid which I had and shown reception numerous times booking receipt. Checkout time was too early for us disappointed the hotel were unable to accommodate our request made in advance

Property in poor condition - floor dirty , carpet filthy in corridors and lifts too Service not up to 4 stars - poor communication . Food order incorrect - reception staff friendly at first but became unhelpfulwhen issue arose.ab out late check out fridge was turned off by cleaning staff and only notice when floor became wet . Overall a unpleasant experience . Would not recommend a stay there
