Worst customer service I have experienced in a 4 star hotel. From check-in to breakfast to house keeping and room service. Check in took 45 mins with an empty lobby and well after the check in timings. Shower drain blocked so water seeps out to the basin area and floods entire bathroom floor. Ordered 2 portions of french fries from room service of which only 1 arrived and that too after an hour. Requested my incomplete order to be sent up. Still yet to receive it to date. Housekeeping failed to provide hand towels and bath mat. Paid for breakfast in which I showed proof of but it wasn't on their system so they expected me to pay. Absolutely no sense of customer service what so ever. I'm a frequent traveller to Ahmedabad and I will never stay at this hotel again.
Convenient as it was close to the airport and also the main highway. Room was a reasonable standard, for the money definitely value for money. I ate in the restaurant and have to say the food was outstanding.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. First of all let me apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We assure that corrective measures will be taken.
Everything you can expect from a 4* hotel except a bar and non veg cuisine.Also club facility are accessible from outside the hotel building.Also wine shop access and sale to outside state residents only,carrying hotel approved identification.
Not too bad, but the 1st floor restrant's breakfast is very poor. Why I couldn't eat breakfast on the 2nd floor restrant through hotels.com booking ?

Thank you for sharing our feedback. We have 2 restaurant for breakfast, during your stay with us 2nd floor restaurant was booked for group. All others guests breakfast was served on 1st floor restaurant. It is not that you booked the rooms through Hotel.com. We sincerely apologized for the inconvenience caused. We assure that corrective measures will be taken.
