The condo has two full bathrooms formal living room formal dining room which sits up to 6 guests full kitchen fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances. Blender, Microwave, Coffee pot. Check in time: 3:00 pm-Check out time: 11:00am Early/late check in-out can be arranged with advanced notice.

All reservations must be made with a 50 % booking deposit. The Balace and 200.00 security deposit are due 30 days prior to check-in date. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days after check-out.

Cancellations: All deposits are fully refundable for all cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made less than 30 days to schedule arrival date will be subject to a 200.00 cancellation fee.
