THE OCEAN
The villa sits right on the ocean, with a shoreline perfect for sunset walks and exploring tide pools. The shoreline here is rocky and not recommended for swimming. For a swim, Pico de Piedra public beach (balneario) is just a 2-minute drive away.

GUEST ACCESS
Your group will have the entire villa to yourselves: both floors, the balcony, oceanfront patio, spa pool, outdoor shower, laundry, and free on-site parking. The two floors are not connected indoors; each is accessed via exterior stairs, providing groups with extra privacy and separation. Self-check-in via a keypad.
