The condo was perfect for our family of three. Plenty of room and clean. Pool was very nice and directly across the small street from the beach. The only issues were minor and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the condo overall. We liked the location and thought the host and manager had very good communication; everything was as described. However, the property trash cans didn't have lids and the strong odor was offensive, we found dirty/used underwear in the couch, some dishes were dirty, and the shower was sandy.

She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel right at home. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Two friends and I stayed at this delightful homey condo for four days. We loved it! Couldn’t ask for better accommodations. There was nothing more we couid have asked for right down to the friendly neighbors next door. Access to the beach and beautiful views of the water were outstanding. Definitely would book again.

The view from the rooftop to watch the sunsets was perfection. The condo has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a swimming pool. There are two rooms with queen size beds. The parking is right in front of the front door and is gated so you feel quite secure. They provide bath towels and beach towels. There is also a gas grill. AC in each room and it circulates very cold air. The location is so convenient to all the beaches and the waterfalls. My partner and I stayed 4 nights and we would go again hands down.

We loved everything about this place! Amazing sunsets. We had the middle condo of the triplex. The pool in the back was great nobody was staying in the other units so we had the whole place to ourselves. I also left my Kelsey box and they were so nice and kind to mail it back to me. I will definitely book with them again.

Winter Escape

Everything was great, the rooftop viewing area is being worked on which didn't diminish the beautiful view of the beach. Aguada was perfect for me, restaurants near by, a short drive to Rincón, Crash Boat Beach and my favorite, local bars and nice people. Milly, the cleaning person is the absolute best! She called to make sure I know about the tsunami warning we had, she actually cared though not part of her job I'm sure. I would definitely come back.

Nice secluded condo by the way water..

I had a great stay at Aguada Beach Condos. I previously stated that there was an issue with several leaks at the ceiling throughout the property & staff assured me they are working to fix the issue. Also, it only leaks during severely heavy rainstorms. The area & property was nice and clean and staff discretely takes care of any issues at the condo. Would definitely stay again for my next trip to Isla Del Encanto.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was extremely clean and the finishes and decor were pretty and nice. The view is incredible. The pool was super lovely. Mildred, the housekeeper is super nice and does an amazing job. Our neighbors at the condo were also extremely nice. It felt like home and so relaxing. I had to force myself to go and leave and be a tourist. We were there to experience the Island not just the condo! I would recommend using Apple Maps over Google maps. Found that out the hard way after three days and going around in circles. Once that was determined, the main points of interest were close. Crash boat beach, the falls and touring Isabella. I’d suggest packing extra towels and comfy blankets if you like to cuddle up outside and watch the waves at night. It gets cooler and I didn’t want to drag their linens outside. Previous tenants also leave behind spices and cooking oil and coffee so maybe check what’s there before heading to the store and leave behind non perishables to pass the love along. We highly recommend this property.

I had an amazing stay at Aguada Beach Condos. The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit to Puerto Rico. The condo was clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. We met the property manager, Millie, briefly, and she was absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was in order for our stay. You can tell she really cares about the property and the guests. The location was also perfect: peaceful, close to the beach, and conveniently located near restaurants and things to do in the area. Overall, I highly recommend Aguada Beach Condos. I’d definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this property. We definitely will return when we travel back to PR. Mildred, the property caretaker, was so friendly and took care of us like family. She made us feel right at home. The pool was extremely clean. 5 stars!
