pools were very nice and easy to get around. if you get put at the top of the property the shuttle can be a bit of a nuisance, leaving the pools we would just go to reception to ask for the shuttle back up to our room.

The thermal pools were amazing, the staff was friendly and attentive, beds were comfortable and the included breakfast buffet was fantastic.
