"Great place that we love coming back to as our home away from home in Puntas. Quiet, great bed and love the hot tub each night. "

"Biggest issue we had was housekeeping staff stole one of our EarPods they swapped it out for one that was working, which was ours and left their broken one inside the case. We did not discover this till we were back in the US. We tried to rectify this problem with the establishment. There was no one that would help us the head of housekeeping was not responding to me to handle this situation .We only had our room clean three times. We are sure that the housekeeper took it on the day Sunday. We were leaving off the property Monday.. There was no resolution from the hotel establishment management or head of housekeeping.. also the website is deceiving. They have one restaurant that is open only for breakfast. Everything else comes from the bar which closes on Friday nights Saturdays at 10 PM. So if you want anything to eat, you have to go off the property absolutely no nightlife., they have no coffee in their main reception area. They give you two small little pucks each day with two small bottles of water for coffee. We would never visit Puerto Rico again and we would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel."

"Very beautiful property with everything you could need. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed that you can borrow umbrellas for the beach. The bar had great drinks and a great view. Falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves was great. The bed was comfortable. "

"My stay with my friends at El Faro Hotel in Puerto Rico was simply amazing. The landscape and design was breathtaking. Such a peaceful atmosphere that makes every moment feel like a tropical escape. The staff is warm and attentive, and to my surprise the food and drinks were amazing. I will definitely stay here again. It was truly an unforgettable and relaxing stay."

"The property is at a nice location, there's restaurants within walking distance and lots of parking. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Our room had several little things that needed fixing missing tiles in the shower, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the left balcony sliding door wouldn't lock and the closet doors would come of the rail every time we opened it to access the little fridge. Maintenance needs to be better. Overall though we rented four rooms and the experience was nice and we had fun so we've definitely stay here again. The bar is closed on account of personnel shortages but they do have a restaurants on site that sells drinks."
