"Rooms cleaned daily, employees were polite and very helpful, best vacation ever. Its near the beach, you can even go take a walk, it's so close. If not there's two pools that you can spend the day there."

"The room is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay very much. Suggestion on communciation: Please communicate more precisely so as not to customer's anxiety. On the check-in day, the payment was not successfully processed due to glitches on my credit card. I was informed that my reservation had been canceled. I had to rebook my reservation subject to availability. I was panick and was enroute with pretty noisy background. I might have behaved not very politely on the phone when talking to the staff to fix the reservation problem. I apologized for that. Had I not been told my reservation was canceled but pending, I would have behaved more calmly. "
