This is a very nice gated country club. It has great amenities and the apartment is in excellent condition and very comfortable. We only had one issue and that was with the dryer not working, which we didn’t discover until we had already washed a load of clothes. There isn’t a lobby that is staffed at this location, and it’s not clear who to contact with issues. The “check-in” occurred at the security gate as you arrive to the country club. But despite the lack of clear instructions you get when booking, I still recommend this place, especially if you have more than a one night stay, and would stay here again.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The staff is outstanding in every way. I recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was very good, better than expected. Spa was relaxing but the sauna should have been included. The lights in the bathroom should be brighter.

Everything was superb! Staff was super attentive, professional, friendly. The atmosphere was amazing. Everything was excellent and most importantly clean.

I Loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency! Very clean environment and the food was great. Oh and the staff were so friendly! Will be back soon!
