Front doorman: he just ignored us when we were carrying our backpacks along with other bags from the car. We ended up carrying our bags to the room ourselves since no one offered to help, not even from the front desk.
Front desk girl and lady: no greetings, seemed a bit indifferent/cold about us checking-in--we didn't feel welcomed at all. We booked a deluxe room (supposedly big enough for up to three guests accordingly to the booking site) with a nice view of the Valley of the Temples to celebrate our milestone wedding anniversary; however, we were given a smaller room big enough only for two without a view. Yet there was no explanations as if we would not know the difference. I understand that hotels sometimes over-book rooms, and rooms have to be shuffled. We didn't bring this matter up with the front desk since it was just for one night stay. Nonetheless, it left us with a bad impression of the hotel. If the hotel claims to be five stars, the service provided at the property should also be at that caliber; unfortunately it wasn't.
Pros: another front desk man who was very friendly. And the cleaning staff does an excellent job--the whole property is very clean.
