"Hotel needs a serious upgrade / revamp, walls dirty and carpets worn and dirty. Couch in room dirty; horrible mattresses and pillows; hair in beds; carpet stained, worn and dirty; walls marked and scuffed; kitchenette terrible - taps and sink dirty, extractor oily and smelly. Not to mention the TV... ..."
