"Horrible property, VERY dirty. Book a car and they only gave half of what we paid to the driver so driver took the longest route just to save some toll money. People taking advantage of others shouldnt be in the hospitality business."

Shower water appears to come from a tank, and could run out in time not enough for a second person or even the first person to use. The staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful but didn't remind us a switch high on the wall needs to be switched on to have hot water for shower. Neighborhood was quite filthy, but if you want to stay in walking distance to Taj Mahal, this place can be recommended."

"We got worst service from that hotel. Our rooms have been exchanged since we came bit late and they gave us a very poor room. One of the stuff Malik was very rude when we complained about it. We had to wait an hour to get the room which was not even properly cleaned. I won’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Stay away from this hotel!!"
