The apartment, built of natural stone, has been furnished and equipped with great attention to detail. Sustainability is a top priority for the hosts, which is why the olive grove has been left largely in its natural state. The many fruit and olive trees invite guests to relax beneath their spreading canopies. The apartment is located about 1.5 km away in a quiet, green belt outside the Mediterranean fishing village of Agia Galini. It is situated in the unspoiled part of the island of Crete. The southern part of the island is still relatively undeveloped and primarily captivates those seeking peace and quiet, holidaymakers looking to unwind, and nature lovers. Agia Galini is situated on the Gulf of Messara and offers an impressive blend of tranquility and relaxation combined with the benefits of an excellent tourist infrastructure. Having grown out of a former fishing village, Agia Galini has managed to preserve much of its tranquil character and authentic charm. After a roughly 20-minute walk along the beach, our guests reach the small harbour with its taverns, cafés, and laid-back bars. Thanks to its exceptionally beautiful location, The Olive House offers many interesting excursion options in the immediate and wider surroundings.
The apartment is available for long-term rental as a home office in the south. A stable internet connection, desk, and desk chair are provided.

The natural-stone apartment was completed in 2020 and was furnished and equipped with great attention to detail. Sustainability is a top priority for the hosts. That’s why the olive grove is left largely in its natural state.
The apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.
It features a private kitchen, a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a wonderful view of the olive grove. 
A private terrace surrounding the house provides just the right amount of shade or sun, depending on the time of day, for optimal relaxation. 
An outdoor shower built into the masonry and featuring a mosaic floor invites you to cool off or rinse off after a trip to the beach.
The many fruit and olive trees invite guests to relax beneath their spreading canopies.
All guests receive a free bottle of olive oil from the olive grove where they are staying.
