Freundliche Eigentümer, wunderschöne Lage und super Aufenthalt

Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Geburtstag meines Freundes haben Sie ihn mit einem Stück Kuchen überrascht. Der Pool und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz. Strände, die Stadt und tolle Tavernen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Durch die sehr neuen Fenster hört man keinen Lärm und die Rollladen ermöglichen es einem entspannt auszuschlafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns mehr von der schönen Insel zu erkunden. The only issue I had with Labyrinth Studios was that we didn’t budget more time to spend there. The complex is beautifully situated on the southern coast, and this spectacular view is supplemented by two pools, friendly and attentive staff, and a lot of unexpected extras - free soft drinks and local appetizer at check-in, free iced latte and grapes in the morning - that seemed to be just standard good service to the proprietor. I recommend staying 2-4 nights instead of just 1, and devoting time to sit and talk with the owners and other guests, who seem to gather regularly on the shaded veranda between the pools, overlooking the coast.

Un mini appartamento grazioso.

Un mini appartamento grazioso vicino alle belle spiagge della zona. La spiaggia più bella è quella di Damnoni. Ho vissuto splendidi momenti di massimo relax, gustando i cibi locali e apprezzando la gentilissima accoglienza dei gestori dell’appartamentino e anche quella della gente del posto. Grazie a tutti e grazie all’isola di Creta.

Bon rapport - qualité prix

Établissement avec piscine et climatisation, Fotis et Katerina sont très sympathiques. Tous les deux jours nous avions une petite friandise fait maison (raisins au miel, olives du jardin, tapenade, gâteau, figues confites, etc). De plus, ils nous ont conseillés sur différents lieux. Position idéale pour nous, excentré de plakias mais pas trop loin à pieds ou en voiture, sur la route de rethymno. Il est vrai que le week end, le passage de voiture est plus important mais ne nous a pas empêcher de faire la sieste au bord de la piscine et de nous reposer correctement, à partir de 22h plus de passage de voiture, le reste de la semaine, le lieux est calme. Dans tous les cas, merci à fotis et katerina pour leur accueil. Et n'hésitez pas à passer 15 jours chez eux comme nous l'avons fait.

Dichtbij Damnoni beach

Heel leuk ervaring. Voor de prijs moet je ook niets groot verwachten. Damnoni beach is er vlakbij 5 min met de wagen. Je kan daar ook de boot nemen naar Preveli beach nemen is €9. Het beste is daar je wagen parkeren en de boot nemen.. tenzij je energie genoeg over hebt->dan moet je met de wagen naar Preveli rijden en een heel berg naar beneden stappen en het ergste is om terug boven te geraken. Ik ben zelf een jongedame van 31j en weeg 58kg. Plakias beach is een beetje te wild. Geen aanrader. Deze studio bevindt zich 2 uren rijden van Heraklion luchthaven. De wegen onderweg zijn een beetje gevaarlijk. Leg die afstand liefst overdag. Heel mooi en een rustgevende omgeving, veel natuur De eigenaars zijn ontzettend vriendelijk!

Lovely studios away from the bustle of Plakias

These lovely studios are equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday including a small pool with loungers and umbrellas. Katerina and Fotis are excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble, the little extras like their own olive oil, preserves and raki are very welcome. The proximity to the road and the fact that the building is in need of a little tlc is why this score is not a 5. I would certainly come back again.

Studios zum Wiederkommen

Wir wurden sehr net willkommen geheissen. Die Tipps der Vermieter waren sehr hilfreich, die kulinarischen Aufmerksamkeiten sehr lecker. Betten wurden täglich gemacht. Frische Handtücher gab es in der 1 Woche Aufenthalt 3 mal. Den Strand kann man in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto und 10-15 Min zu Fuss erreichen. Sehr schöne kleine Buchten!!! Wir warden wiederkommen!!!

Séjour très agréable dans cette petite résidence , une jolie piscine et une belle terrasse pour chaque logement et les propriétaires très serviables et discrets. Very pleasant family run hotel. Well placed location out of Plakias and a pleasant walk down to Damnoni beach and over the hill to clothing optional Amoudaki beach. Only 2 kms up the hill to Myrthios and some beautiful tavernas. Great if you are active but otherwise you need transport. Will definitely stay here again. L'hôtel ressemble plus a des mini gîtes qu a un hôtel ce qui lui donne un certain charme ! Les hôtes sont un couples très agréable qui vous offres une fiole de raki et des petits gâteau maison a votre arrivée ! Le coin est très sympathique mais il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour aller dans le centre et la plage la plus proche ! Petit bémols la piscine est en bord de route qui est assez fréquenté !

Ho trascorso 10 giorni all'Labirinth studio , credo il giusto compromessoper chi vuole una vacanza in piena libertà. a pochi km spiagge, baie, scogliere incantevoli. Ottima base per escursioni, consigliato per chi vuole privacy, molto gentili e premurosi i titolari. Grazie,

Herzlicher Empfang + bester Service

Es war einfach gut! Der Besitzer ist hilfbereit und ist der englischen Sprache mächtig (das ist nicht überall so...) Die Räume wurden hervorragend gereinigt und wir fanden abends immer mal ein kleines Probier-Häppchen: Kuchen, Oliven, hmmm. Von hier erreicht man gleich vier wunderschöne Strände innerhalb von wenige Kilometern. Vor dem Grundstück verläuft die Verbindungsstraße zwischen Lefkosia und Plakias. Nachts läßt der Verkehr deutlich nach, aber man hört immer mal wieder ein lautes Motorrad etc. Die Zimmer-Nachbarn kann man sich nicht aussuchen, so dass man etwas mehr oder weniger durch die Wand hört.

Très bruyant quand temps venteux

Le studio parait bien, en bon état. Cependant les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage: quand nous y étions il y avait beaucoup de vent et les deux premières nuits nous n'avons presque pas dormi à cause du bruit du vent, des claquements... Nous avons du mettre des bouchons d'oreilles les nuits suivantes.... Autre point: l'hôtel n'est pas sur la plage comme situé sur la carte. Il est à 2 km de Plakias, sur une colline, et à 15 minutes à pied de la plage la plus proche. Malgré le bon état de propreté et le très bon accueil de notre hôtesse, je ne recommanderais pas à cause du bruit...
