This newly renovated luxury villa is located in the area of Ammoudara. Overlooking the sea is the best place on the island to catch the most breathtaking sunrises of Crete.

An exclusive quiet residence,  just 4,5km away from the picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos. 30km from the town of Ierapetra, 62km from Sitia, and 53km from Heraklion Airport.

The architecture and interior decoration of the property is modern-minimal with very relaxing white and pastel colours. The Villa has 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom,  an open plan living area (Smart TV plus Wi fi) with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and comfy chairs.
The stylish outdoor private Veranda with a relaxing dining table is ideal if you want to enjoy your evening drink with a stunning view.  
A fantastic sandy beach is a 1min walk from the villa to enjoy a morning dip and sunbathing. A Fun fact is that the sun loungers & parasols are always free of charge on Ammoudara beach provided that you order a drink from the cafe that owns them.
