"There was an issue with the pool at the Cretan Lodge prior to our arrival, our hosts contacted us a few days before and asked if Canes Villa would be ok as a substitute as they recognized the importance of a pool for the kids. We were very happy with the location. It was very easy to get to all of the areas we had planned to visit while in thay region of Crete. We only used the main house as we were a family of 4 travelling with small children, but if travelling with a larger group or 2 families...

"Booked the honeymoon suite. Fantastic room - very central, clean and with gorgeous views over the harbour. One thing I need to mention is the mattress, which we found to be too soft, unfortunately.
Other than that, a brilliant choice for a stay in Agios Nikolaos ❤️❤️"

"We had a superb 2 week holiday. The villa was ideal for 3 young men and their parents. The pool was the best ever; essential for cooling down and getting exercise. Manolis was delightful. He made sure we had everything we needed and the extra mid week change overs were a bonus. Agios Nikolaos is a very pretty and lively town. It’s a scenic 3mile walk along the coast from the villa, and with a dip in the sea and a cool beer along the way nothing could be better. We will be back."

"We had a lovely stay at this apartment, which was cleaned every day, bed made, towels changed etc. Conveniently located by the beach and with a bus stop nearby, only 10 mins to Agios Nikolaos. Quiet sandy beach with a couple of nice restaurants/bars, pedalos, beautiful clear sea. What more could you ask for!!"
