Nestled into a privileged hillside plot, the newly built complex of Majestic View Villas features 3 private villas, amphitheatrically built, all of which enjoy...what else? Majestic sea views and unobstructed panoramic vistas of Mirabello Bay and Agios Nikolaos town! Take a deep breath and take in the endless blue of the sea and sky! The beneficial location is just 5 Km away from Elounda and 6 Km from Agios Nikolaos allowing you to easily explore the two wonderful nearby towns.
Layout

Majestic View Villa 2 covers 70 m2 and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms. The interior is designed in a minimal, contemporary style and equipped with modern, comfortable furnishings. White is the dominant colour, while touches of black and wood add a special character and the stone walls give a warm, homey feeling.

Indoors
Entering the Viila, on your left hand, guests will find the first bedroom, featuring 2 single beds (0.80 X 2,00) that can also be joined together to form a king bed (1,60 X 2,00) with a top mattress, 32 TV, wardrobe, A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom opens up to a private terrace that leads to the pool after descending a few stairs and offers beautiful views of the sea in front of you. Outside the bedroom guests will find the washing machine enclosed in a cabinet.
Descending a few steps will take you to the open plan area featuring the living room and kitchen. The seating area features a comfy corner sofa along with a coffee table and a bluetooth speaker to connect your device and listen to your favourite music, while the fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials so you can prepare your meals at ease, featuring an island counter and indoor dining area for 4 with a round table. Sliding glass doors from the living room and dining area, enable seamless indoor-outdoor access to the pool terrace.

The second bedroom offers a 1,60X2,00 bed, 40 TV and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The bedroom also opens up to the pool terrace, allowing you to enjoy the views lying beneath your feet.
Outdoor area
The exterior of Majestic View Villa II covers 80 m2 and offers several facilities including:

- A private, 20 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,40 m deep with ladder access. The pool can also be heated upon request with an additional charge per day.
- The pool area is equipped with 4 sun beds, 1 umbrella, an outdoor sitting area with 4 chairs and a coffee table, as well as an outdoor shower.
- A gas BBQ & an outdoor dining area for 6 under a big umbrella providing shade.
- Parking space for 1 car right outside the Villa and parking space for more cars if needed at the entrance of the complex.
- The whole complex is surrounded by a stone wall offering security and privacy to our guests.
LOCATION
Regarding the location, I would like to let you know that the villa is located in the Ellinika area, 5 Km away from cosmopolitan Elounda and 6 Km from the vibrant town of Agios Nikolaos, both offering a big variety of bars, cafes and restaurants for all hours of the day.

Great stay

The villa we stayed in was nothing short of magnificent. Perched atop a mountain, it boasted a breathtaking view over the bay that was truly a feast for the eyes. The tastefully done interior and the great choice of materials provided a sense of luxury. It truly felt like a lavish escape in the clouds. The owner took her time to welcome us and explain all the great restaurants and beaches we should visit. These all turend out to be great recomendations. However, a few challenges did mar our experience. Navigating to the villa was a task, given the poorly maintained road leading up to it. Directly opposite the villa, a construction site disrupted the otherwise serene ambiance. And, while the infinity pool was aesthetically appealing, it was designed in a way that produced an undue amount of noise. The owner, however, acknowledged this issue and assured us of future modifications to rectify the problem.
