Nice property. A little hard to find. Overall was clean, good location, and great pool. Was close to many restaurants and shopping.

The bathroom situation is unacceptable

The villa and pool were wonderful, except for the bathroom situation. Plus the info on Hotels.com was not accurate. It advertised two bathrooms, but there was only one inadequate bathroom with a toilet prone to plugging. Daily housekeeping was featured, which turned out to be every three days in reality. We left early after two days of no hot water and toilet being out of commission for a third time and no refund was given. It’s too bad because Elounda is a lovely place and the Villas could be a great resort, but work is needed on the utilities.

Sejour tres agreable , accueil et assistance sur place exceprionnel. Un trés grand merci à Sophia et maria. Le bemol a ete labsence dinformation 48h avant le depart sur hotel.com. numero de telephone erroné .

Excellent logement. La propriétaire des lieux a été adorable. Elle a beaucoup communiqué avec nous avant notre arrivée pour nous expliquer comment accéder à la résidence (qui n’est pas facilement trouvable sur Waze). Très bon rapport qualité prix. Vue imprenable sur Elunda. Logement calme. Place de parking. Piscine très propre. Le seul hic est qu’il faut avoir une voiture pour accéder au centre ville à 5min (à pied chemin trop dangereux car il s’agit de la voie rapide sans trottoir). Nous recommandons .
