Very helpful front desk staff gave great recommendations and helped set up transport. Thank you Forty! Property was stunning and had an amazing sunset views of the Caldera. The room was very clean. Bus stop is very close to go to Fira

The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! Special thanks goes to Biona, Mike and Chris - staff that went above and beyond - although even the manager / owner made an effort to speak to his guests. The whole team were polite, friendly helpful, personable. If you are not sure whether to book this hotel - do it! You will absolutely not be disappointed. Breakfast was very good - great selection and lots of it. Beautiful pool area, spa, bar. Honestly every single thing about the stay was outstanding. If we come back to Santorini (the hotel could be the reason! We would stay here again.) walking distance to the beach. Beautiful clean rooms (we stayed in room 311) - fantastic room.

The breakfast was phenomenal! This is what made this hotel a 5 star hotel. The facilities and surroundings were also beautiful and very clean. Amazing views and great location---walking distance to all the tourist areas and restaurants. The spa was beautiful as well.
However, the actual suite was quite small and the bathroom was a 4 star at most. The rain shower head did not distribute equal amounts of water. The housekeeping staff was not very good at refilling toiletries. The white towels looked quite old. They were not soft and looked a bit greyish in colour.
