The accommodation
Welcome to Dar Lisa, our villa with Mediterranean and authentic charm, ideal for a holiday in Djerba, just 2 minutes walk from the magnificent beach of Aghir.
The villa is organised on two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor, you enjoy a bright living room with kitchen open to the living room, equipped with a pull-out sofa bed offering a real bed of 140 cm for 2 adults. The whole opens onto the garden and the porch, perfect for enjoying the indoor-outdoor life to the fullest.
A toilet completes the ground floor.
Since March, you can also enjoy a private swimming pool, a summer kitchen with barbecue to share convivial meals, as well as an outdoor area with a daybed, ideal for relaxing by the water.
Upstairs, you will find two suites, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a sunny terrace conducive to your moments of relaxation.
On the night side, the bedding has been chosen to offer hotel-like comfort, thanks to pillow-top orthopedic mattresses. The villa has two queen size beds of 160 cm, for a total of 6 adult beds, as well as a cot and a bench seat suitable for a child under 1.60 m in the master bedroom.
For your comfort in all seasons, the villa has central heating and air conditioning. Recently refreshed, it looks like new and offers everything you need for a self-sufficient stay: equipped kitchen, washing machine and daily amenities.
You also benefit from an internet connection and international TV channels.
The villa is located in a private complex of villas, secured 24/7, with on-site amenities: restaurant, tea room, pizzeria and takeaways.
A 2-minute walk away, with your feet in the water, you will also find the Port Aghir restaurant.
On the practical side, a mini-market 5 minutes walk away is ideal for basic necessities, while a more complete store, 3 minutes away by car, will allow you to do all your shopping. The villa is also about a 7-minute drive from Midoun.

Traveller Access
You have the villa in its entirety, as well as its private outdoor areas, including the swimming pool, dining area, daybed and summer kitchen including a barbecue.
The house is located in a secure villa complex, with caretaker and reception.
