"Old early 19th century 3 storied chateau with front courtyard( Maison particulare).Grand high-ceilinged rooms. Very quiet hotel in a quiet central location. Good air conditioning (early to mid September 70-80 degrees F ). Many restaurants nearby. Center of town is flat and walkable. No elevator. WiFi spotty and better on ground floor. Would definitely stay again."

"We arrived after 9 pm so had to use automatic checking. Had to call for reservation number. Not interested number. Air conditioning did not work. Long hot night with little sleep. More of a motel than hotel"

She demonstrated great competence, professionalism, and commitment to take care of us as guests. Her interpersonal skills were outstanding and her strong ability to be patient and address our concerns were fantastic. Veronica definitely made us want to come to this hotel in the future.
