Their positive attitude and dedication truly enhanced the overall enjoyment of the stay, leaving us with fond memories and a desire to return next year. The hotel is located less than 10 minutes walk from the old port, where you can find lots of restaurants and shops. Highly recommended! "

"The staff was super welcoming when I arrive. My French was not good but they were able to communicate in English, making the check-in process smooth and delightful. Love the smiles on their face when greeting guests. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bedding and nice bathroom. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again if I ever stop by Agde. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!"

"Lovely hotel, on edge of village, however no loo roll.provided, one basic cleaning pack, no safe, you are also expected to strip and bag bedding, towels etc and wipe surfaces on.leaving, only an.indoor cold pool, sauna and steam.room, did have a sunbathing terrace. No bar"

"Hotel was disappointing. We booked the largest suite with the rooftop terrace that we were not allowed to use. They told us it had safety issues. So we paid for the terrace but got no terrace and no reduction in price. The shower did not drain so flooded every time we took a shower, even when it was just 5 minutes. The hot tub in the room also leaked which explains the sewage smell. The staff knew. We saw them open all the windows and terrace doors when they were cleaning. The smell was wretched. We had to sleep with the windows and terrace door open which lead to lots of mosquitos and horrible bites. We left two nights early knowing we wouldn’t get a refund but they still charged us all the taxes. Don’t do the hotel breakfast. Not worth the €25 per person. Going in September meant the bar upstairs had no attendant. You have to call down to have them bring anything up. Not something you expect from a 5 star hotel. It was truly a 4 star hotel that needs a lot of maintenance. "

"We loved our stay at this hotel. The warm friendly greetings from the reception staff alone is enough to make us want to stay again. The hotel has a perfect view of the beach and it's literally right on the beach front and also has multiple restaraunts within 5 minutes walk. We will return here soon."
