"Entire facility needs an update. Just feels dated. Rooms are great! Old spring beds squeaked. Old AC units loud. Ice machine didn’t work upstairs. Overall a convenient stay. Good rate. Good staff. Clean and well presented. Excellent location for the airport. I will stay again."

Landing in Downtown Hartford Near Dunkin' Park
"It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24."

"So nice to have 2 bathrooms, in a sweet 2-bedroom home. Decor was nice, really comfortable and everyone slept soundly.Jackie was so responsive and lovely.If only the weather were agreeable but we still had a nice stay!"
