Positiv:Eine schöne ruhige Lage im Agaete Tal.Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung.Bequeme Betten.Trifft auf die Beschreibung zu.Negativ:Leider gabe es Ameisen in der Wohnung.Der Wasserkocher tropft unten raus.Im Bad hat es zeitweise nach Kanalisation gerochen.

Schön gelegene Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Woche in der Wohnung. Die Terrasse hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick ins Agaete-Tal mit Blick auf den Teide bei gutem Wetter. Einzig etwas schade fanden wir, dass die Terrasse zum Frühstück noch keine Sonne hatte. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders der große Balkon mit dem Esstisch, den Lichterketten und den schönen Ausblick auf die Berge und das Meer hat uns am Meisten gefallen. Wir waren auch sehr zufrieden, dass es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz eine Straße weiter entfernt vom Haus gab, wo immer mindestens ein Platz frei war. Das Dorf an sich ist idyllisch und relativ ruhig. Bei Fragen hat uns Gustavo immer sehr schnell geantwortet und weiter geholfen.

Villa Carmen

Die Wohnung hat ein angenehmes Ambiente (wenn das Rolltor offen ist) und eine schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Sie lebt quasi von dieser Aussen-Innen-Beziehung. Wenn es also warm genug ist, ist alles bestens. Alles in allem haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders Besteck, Geschirr und Stoffbezüge könnten mal gut eine Auffrischung vertragen. Dass nachts massiv die Hähne krähen und Hunde bellen ist leider sehr störend . . . kann aber wohl kaum beeinflusst werden.
