"First of all, we had booked a deluxe room which was quite decent shown the booking site but actually they give us a normal ac room to stay. The owner was not there & it was handled by the family. When we entered the room was not cleaned, garbage empty bottles were lying on the floor, bedding was ..."

"There was no one to help me with the luggage in spite of informing multiple times of my early check as I also paid for early check in Also in spite of telling I need no room service of any kind, they opened the room to keep water bottles when I was not there, this is unacceptable"
