"Simply exceptional experience at the Riad Monceau. From outstanding hospitality and incredible service to gorgeous amenities and surroundings, delicious food, amazing vibe and great jazz. Can’t say enough good things about this beautiful Riad in the heart of the Marrakech Medina. We loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat!"

"Loved my specious room (no special view from 103, just faced street). 1 BR Suite with living room & bedroom, 2 showers and toilet rooms. Breakfast and the one dinner I enjoyed poolside were wonderful. Enjoyed relaxing by both the rooftop pool and central courtyard pools. Only negative, the front reception tried to charge from me for a small water bottle i took from refrigerator. They said all drink in refrigerator are chargeable at my time of check out. However they placed a 1L water bottle by the tea kettle for me to use for free. When I checked in, neither the front desk, nor the bellman who helped me with luggage to the room explained the refrigerated waters were chargeable. After some arguing, they removed the 1 small water bottle charge from my final bill. I was disappointed they didn’t clearly explain this when I first arrived, and made a cheap small water bottle into an awkward incident at check out. This left a bitter taste on my overall great experience of 2 night stay."

"Great 5 night stay. Don’t read bad reviews. Only one moan, one member of staff (usually around pool bar) was really miserable. You’d think he’s not suited to the hospitality sector. Young lad around pool, he was excellent, so helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was decent, just wish they’d try and keep flies off pastries. It’s a fantastic area. A decent walk to supermarket though, that is what it is though. Cleaners brilliant too."
