"I found hotel Rene online and it looked to good to be true but in fact it was!!! The staff is amazing and super attentive to everyone’s needs. "Loved the apartment, it was clean, smelt fresh, great bed & bedding. Fantastic staff who were available 24hrs if needed. My only recommendation, is remember your USB socket, I forgot mine! There were no usb plugs in the apartment, I stayed in and not available when I asked. That was on me for forgetting, although feel its worth a mention. My visit was faultless and have no hesitation in booking again. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊 "

I'm not sure where the upgrades were but they weren't in my room which was in need of a refresh and even though there was aircon was very warm. Also DO NOT take up their offer of an airport transfer. EU55 when if you just get a local cab it'll be EU15. I felt totally ripped off. "

"Staff was not on property as it is off seasons, but kind, accommodating and polite. The checkin was easy, bed was very comfortable, location was very practical. The rooms are small but functional. We disliked the lack of shower curtain, bad smell of bathroom and the fact that there is zero soundproofing. We were bothered by noise from other rooms etc."
