"Big clean room with a lot of amenities. Very comfortable bed and nice seating area. Has kitchenette with everything you need for a shot stay. Also has I room washer dryer combo which I used and it worked great! Shower was large, modern and great pressure! Maybe the best hotel shower I have used. Lobby has large seating area with coffee machine and snacks for a cost. Hotel staff were all very helpful and spoke multiple languages. "

"Breakfast was very good although on a Sunday morning they had 2 staff working, so some of the tables were left with used dishes and took a long time to clear. Some breakfast items such as the orange juice, bacon and croissants had been empty and missing for longer than they should have been. On the Monday morning with less guests, the breakfast was exemplary. Room was great, it was a studio room, with a fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils all supplied, along with kitchen roll, washing up liquid, teas, coffee, bottled water etc. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. Shower was large, water pressure not great, but adequate."

"I did a quick 2 days to enjoy Switzerland while staying in Italy. The facility, shuttle service, food and staff was wonderful! Mr. Abraham at the front desk went far and beyond to make sure my tour to the Glacier 3000 was sorted properly and the van came to the hotel instead of meeting them at the airport. I would stay here again."
