"there were 3 of us, my friends sheets were dirty, yuk, so she slept on the other side, the fan i keep running on the air, was not very loud to drown out the noise, but everything else was super loud - traffic, patrons, and of course the whining and barking dogs above us. I finally called about 130am, but got hung up on by the front desk twice, i then called from the room, which the phone was not close to the bed, so i had to go looking for it. Front desk promised they would take care of it, and it got better for a bit, then i was woken up again around 4a - more barking dogs. Then before 10am housekeeping was banging on the door. I did not get adequate rest. This place is a cluster!"

"The floors could be vacume better but everything else was clean. The bed was clean and so was the shower. Very happy with the breakfast, I have to be gluten-free and there were eggs,potatoes and sausage that i could eat. Im very happy with this hotel."

"Based on our experience of having stayed at several hundred usually higher-end VRBOs, this one ranks at the top 1 %. Most impressive is the caliber of the owner Ty , and his staff. They go above and beyond in helpfulness, technical expertise, and dedication. There are other safari ranches you could go to, but I doubt you would find a more professional one. One would conceivably go to an actual safari, but I doubt animals from different continents would be as well represented on the menu and seemingly treated as nicely. Our favorite is the Grevy's zebra, which is endangered. This is a gem. It would get harder to book once words get out. Maybe we should not mention that they are also fun and charismatic people, the various activities and tours provided are enjoyable and winsomely presented. We, including our son who is in his 20s, had a blast but in a blissful way."
